Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Custom Orders

  • For custom orders, 50% advance payment is required and is non-refundable.
  • The balance payment must be cleared before shipping.
  • If a custom order is returned, only 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded (excluding shipping charges).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Bank processing times may vary. If your refund is delayed, contact your bank first, then reach us at info@jaipurgemsexports.com.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged items received at the time of delivery.
  • For exchange requests, email us at info@jaipurgemsexports.com.

Return Shipping

  • Please email us before returning any item and wait for confirmation of return shipment. Returns shipped without confirmation may not be eligible for refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If unpaid, they will be deducted from your refund.
  • For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing returns.
